Pleasant overnight stay for the price. Neat place & very friendly staff. Easy location for our needs, short walk to Gatlinburg. Also, on a pretty hill. A nice size and well-decorated room with the shower, soap plus clean bed as expected.

Well-kept and nicely decorated room with television, a microwave, and a refrigerator, and extremely comfy bed. Warm choice for breakfast.

We asked for a beautifully decorated and neat room with the shower, a bar, the bedroom and got one.

The rooms are clean, with a hot shower, air freshener, and a very clean pool area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Knoxville and it was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and exactly as described, perfect for my business trip. The location was fairly quiet and I had no trouble with noise. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Everything is great here, had a good stay for the price. Its location is comfy and easy very close to great restaurants. Btw, it's set in East Knoxville district close enough to Knoxville, Gatlinburg, and a hill. Would come here again, I loved this place.

Overall it was a great stay for the price. All in all we liked updated room with clean bed and soap and air freshener. Our hotel was in an unbeatable location very close to great restaurants.

The location is fantastic, situated on a pretty hill in the Pigeon Forge area. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, a nice television set, and a refrigerator and microwave in good working order. The room was very clean and well-heated when I arrived. The staff was excellent, providing daily room service with fresh towels and trash removal. They promptly fixed any issues, such as a malfunctioning fridge and a partially working shower. The free breakfast, although it could use more options like eggs, bacon, and hash browns, was a nice perk.

All was perfect.
